About Me
My name is Katie. I am 47 and had never been a gym goer and exercise was the last thing on my mind until I was about 40. My back ached, my knees were sore, and I was low on energy all the time. I found the gym intimidating and the whole experience lonely and I was at a loss to know what to do for exercise to be efficient, effective and to make progress.

At Katie B Fitness, I am passionate about creating bespoke personal training for each individual in a small group setting with a supportive and inclusive atmosphere. I focus on helping individuals enhance their fitness and strength with an understanding and empathy about age related aches and pains and injury prevention, especially for those who feel out of place in a traditional gym setting.
My goal is to cultivate a supportive, non-intimidating community where everyone who walks through the door will feel safe, guided and looked after as well as stronger, fitter and more confident with a sense of well-being.

£119 per calendar month (no contract)
- 1-1 bespoke personal training in a group setting (max 6 people)
- 8 x personal training sessions pcm
- Community, accountability and support
- Optional nutrition plan
- Optional additional gym programming
- Fee includes Energique gym membership
